Paolo Veneziani is the Founder and CEO of Vidya Capital, a family owned investment Company, based in Milan, since 2014. Vidya Capital invests mostly in Europe and the US.
Previously Paolo spent 23 years at Egon Zehnder, one of the world leader in Executive Search and Management Consulting, as a Senior Partner in the Milan office.
Before that he was an executive in the Pharmaceutical Industry, in the US, Italy and the UK.
Paolo holds an Economics degree from the University of Rome and an MBA from Columbia University.
